Trident Inn & Suites, New Orleans

My family has rented the hall space on several occasions but never with the current manager Cassie. Cassie helped us tremendously with working with her schedule to get us in for my family member’s repast. The hall was very clean and set up with extra chairs as well. (Which really helped a lot.) Everything went smoothly and it’s all thanks to Cassie and her staff. My family booked the hall for Thanksgiving as well and I hope our experience is as great as it was this weekend.

for the price it's ok. a tad rundown but everything is relatively clean. Elevator is a bit sketchy as well. Rooms are large and staff was pleasant. They required a fifty dollar deposit to cover potential damage to the room? I've stayed in lots and lots of motels/hotels and never seen that policy in place. They must have had problems in the past.

I was surprised how clean the hotel is .Giving the affordable price I didn't have high expectations .But was I wrong the front desk was very nice and helpful .And the rooms are very clean and comfortable I will for sure be staying again when in New Orleans ..Don't let the location fool you Trident Inn is a great hotel .

Clean room,room service,gate access,breakfast included. The hotel is about 8 miles from down town and the customer service was outstanding. I felt safe with gated parking and lots of security cameras in place.

The ladies at the front desk very friendly super accommodating. We went for a batchlorette weekend and the site i booked it through said rooms would be conjoined and this hotel doesnt have any. I booked it months in advance with this option. These Ladies made sure our rooms were right next to each other even tho they were busy. Absolutely believe that this hotel needs a serious remodel. The cleanliness was decent but it was ruined by how run down this hotel looked once in it. The elevators are squeaky and some of the buttons don't work. This is not meant to be a mean or a bad review. I feel the tools are there for a great hotel and you have the staff to do it as well.

The location, around the hotel, is not too bad and yet there is evidence it was better in the past. If you have no car, it might seem verging on dismal for the walk to businesses aren't paved very well around the corner to the RTA stop by McDonalds and where Walmarts at It's not the hotels fault, so I do not fault them. I would stay at the hotel again, and I am staying for 6 nights in total. The area does affect my having many possessions at the hotel as I need to carry them a distance on rough terrain. Mind you, I am economically disadvantaged and cannot hire many private transportation options.

Absolutely loved this place! The people were amazing, rooms were very clean and they had a wonderful breakfast selection!! 10/10 would go there again!!
